 For Monday, complete Chapter Study Guide and Review, questions 1-7 on pages NOS 30-31. We began this in class and completed the heading, question (Q) 1 and began  Q 2. Advised students that they need write out the whole questions. For Q 5-7, they only need to write out the question and the whole correct answer -- not all three incorrect answers.

Nature of Science Test is on Tuesday, Oct. 3rd.

Science 6: Students were introduced to the an earth science project.  They will choose one occupation in the earth science field and complete a matrix (format provided in class) describing key facts, illustration and other areas.  Students are using the web site "Science Buddies" (key word occupation) . http://www.sciencebuddies.org/science-engineering-careers#earthphysicalsciences. They can use the paper matrix they were provided or build in PowerPoint a chart that looks identical to  the format provided. The matrix was emailed to all home emails this morning.  We will spend more  time on the matrix tomorrow.
